PCA Press Release – PCA Case No. 2026-35: Conciliation between the Kingdom of Cambodia and the Kingdom of Thailand

Please see the attached press release (in English and French) issued on 9 October 2026 by the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA) in the Conciliation Proceedings between the Kingdom of Cambodia and the Kingdom of Thailand pursuant to Article 298 and Annex V to the UN Convention on the Law of the Sea.

The Conciliation Commission will hold a meeting with the Parties in The Hague, the Netherlands, from 14 to 18 October 2026.
