PCA Press Release – PCA Case No. 2026-35: Constitution of the Commission in Conciliation Proceedings between the Kingdom of Cambodia and the Kingdom of Thailand

A Press Release concerning the constitution of the Conciliation Commission has been issued (in English and in French) in the conciliation proceedings between the Kingdom of Cambodia and the Kingdom of Thailand under Annex V of the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea.

The Permanent Court of Arbitration acts as Registry in these proceedings.
